Ryan founded ForexCracked in 2019 after spending three years frustrated by paywalled "premium" trading tools that delivered far less than their price tag promised. What started as a personal archive of decompiled and tested expert advisors quickly became one of the largest free MetaTrader resource libraries on the web.

Before ForexCracked, Ryan traded discretionary forex for five years across an Asian prop desk environment, focusing on swing setups on majors and gold during the London–NY overlap. His transition to systematic and algorithmic trading happened in 2018 after a year of inconsistent discretionary results convinced him that rule-based execution would always outperform emotion-driven decisions over a long enough sample size.

Today Ryan oversees ForexCracked's editorial direction, signs off on the rating methodology used across all EA and indicator reviews, and runs the prop firm strategy desk that produces our funded-trader content. He maintains active demo accounts at three brokers (Exness, IC Markets, BlackBull) and one prop firm (FTMO) so the team can validate broker-specific behaviours before publication.

Arjun joined ForexCracked in 2020 after five years working as an algorithmic trading analyst at a Mumbai-based fintech, where he was responsible for strategy backtesting, MQL4 to MQL5 migration, and prop firm rule compliance audits for retail clients.

His MetaTrader expertise runs deep. He has personally backtested over 400 expert advisors using Strategy Tester (every-tick mode with real spread, M1 control), forward-tested 80+ on demo accounts during 2023–2025, and analysed more than 50 obfuscated MQL files to validate vendor performance claims. When you read a ForexCracked review of an EA's drawdown profile, signal quality on M5 vs M15, or whether an EA's "no martingale" claim holds up, that analysis came from Arjun's desk.

Arjun specialises in the unglamorous part of automated trading: signal-to-noise filtering, hidden martingale detection, prop firm rule compliance, grid and hedging architectures, drawdown circuit breakers, and the practical edge cases that separate "looks profitable in backtest" from "actually survives live conditions." He has reviewed every EA published on ForexCracked since late 2020.

James started trading in 2016 with a focus on price action and traditional technical analysis, then gradually shifted into systematic strategies after his discretionary equity curve plateaued in late 2018. By 2020 he was running a hybrid book — manual swing trades on majors plus rule-based scalping systems on XAUUSD — and writing strategy notes in semi-public Telegram channels that eventually attracted the attention of ForexCracked.

He joined the editorial team in 2021 and now leads ForexCracked's strategy and education vertical. His work covers indicator validation (does this no-repaint indicator actually not repaint when the candle closes?), strategy guide development, and the educational explainers that turn complex SMC/ICT concepts into something a newer trader can act on without blowing their account in the first week.

James trades a personal book primarily on H1 and H4 timeframes using a combination of supply/demand zones, market structure (BOS/CHoCH), and volume profile. He respects the underlying mechanics of smart money concepts — order blocks, fair value gaps, liquidity sweeps — when they're explained without the cult-like marketing layer that surrounds much of the broader SMC scene.
