Terms of Sale and Licence

• Card and PayPal: you buy from Lemon Squeezy, which sells our products as "merchant of record". It takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. Its own buyer terms also apply to that purchase. We are the maker of the product and give you the licence.
• Crypto: you buy from us, and NOWPayments handles the payment. Crypto is available for lifetime licences only.

Lifetime

• one payment;
• you can use the version you bought for as long as you keep the licence;
• every update we release for that product is included, at no extra cost.

Monthly

• renews every 30 days until you cancel;
• every update is included while your subscription is active;
• cancel any time from your account page or your Lemon Squeezy subscription page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for;
• if a renewal payment fails, you keep access for 7 more days while it's retried or you update your card. After that, access ends until you pay.

Add-ons (for example, the FXC Fusion EA) work like the product they add to, under the same licence.

Some products let you move from monthly to lifetime with credit for what you paid. If so, the product page says how.

• Use the product yourself, for your own trading.
• Run it on up to 5 MetaTrader accounts at a time: MT4 or MT5, any broker, demo or live, on any computer. One licence key works on both platforms.
• Move an account slot whenever you like, from your account page.
• Get the updates your plan includes (§2).

• Share your licence key or your download with anyone else.
• Sell, rent, lend or give away the product or the licence.
• Share or sell the signals it gives you to other people.
• Copy, decompile, change or reverse-engineer the product, or try to remove or get around its licence check.
• Put the product, or any part of it, into something you share or sell.

Sharing your own settings and set files is fine.

Your download contains your licence key, so treat it like a password.

Our paid products check your licence with our server each time they load on a chart, and about once a day after that. That means they need an internet connection. What a check sends, and how long we keep it, is in our Privacy Policy (§2.7).

We watch for signs that a licence is being shared, for example when it is used on many accounts, or from many networks, in a short time. If we see that, we may contact you, and we may suspend or end the licence if it is being shared or misused. A licence ended for breaking these terms is not refunded.

• Lifetime (card, PayPal or crypto): you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying.
• Monthly: you can ask for a refund of the first payment within 7 days. Renewals are not refundable. You can cancel any time to stop the next one.
• Add-ons: within 14 days of buying the add-on. A refund of an add-on removes only the add-on.
• You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask: open a support ticket from your account page, or email [email protected] from the address you bought with.

How you get the money back:

• Card and PayPal: to your original payment method, through Lemon Squeezy;
• Crypto: we send the US dollar price you paid, in USDT, to a wallet address you give us, minus the network fee.

Lemon Squeezy may also refund an order on its own, for example to prevent a chargeback.

When an order is refunded, fully or partly, its licence ends. The product stops working at its next licence check, usually within a day. If you dispute a payment with your bank or card company (a "chargeback") instead of asking us, we treat it the same way and end the licence.

We keep a record of the order, the licence and the accounts it was used on (see the Privacy Policy).

• Prices: shown in US dollars on the product page and at checkout.
• Tax: Lemon Squeezy adds sales tax or VAT where it applies, and shows it before you pay.
• Crypto: the same price as card.
• Price changes: a change never affects what you've already bought. If we change a monthly plan's price, you keep your current price for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price at that time applies.

• Updates: we release them as we see fit. Your plan decides which ones you get (§2).
• Support: through the help page or a ticket from your account page.
• Compatibility: we test our products, but we can't promise they work with every broker, MetaTrader build or setup. If something doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll try to fix it. If we can't, your refund rights in §6 still apply.

• Free licence: for your own personal use. §4 applies to them too.
• Sponsor cards: they may show a small sponsor card.
• Analytics: they collect analytics, described in our Privacy Policy (§2.7).
• Paid owners: if a MetaTrader account is on the licence of any of our paid products, our free indicators show no sponsor cards on that account, and we don't store their analytics.

Our products help you analyse markets and manage trades. They are not financial advice, and they don't guarantee any result. Past results and backtests don't show what will happen next. Backtests are hypothetical. You decide how to use them, including whether to let an EA trade for you, and you carry the risk of every trade. Please read our Risk Disclaimer.

If we stop selling a product, existing lifetime licences keep working and monthly plans run to the end of their paid period. If we ever shut down the licence service a product needs, we will tell you at least 90 days before, and give you a version that works without the licence check, so you can keep using it.

We sell our products as they are, beyond what these terms and your consumer rights promise. We are not responsible for trading losses, or for losses caused by your broker, your internet connection, MetaTrader or your computer. Our total liability to you for a product is limited to what you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. A change applies to purchases made after we post it. If you're on a monthly plan, a change applies from your next renewal after we tell you about it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
