Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live, including any rules on trading.

Our only official sites are forexcracked.com, fxcracked.com and justforforex.com. Any other site using our name is not us.

Please don't:

• break the law, or help anyone else do so;
• post spam, or abuse our forms, search, comments or downloads;
• copy the site in bulk, or use bots or scrapers to collect content or data, without our written permission;
• try to break into, overload or interfere with the site, our apps or our servers;
• pretend to be someone else, or give false information;
• upload anything that contains malware.

• Give a real email address, and keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Your username is public. It must be 3 to 32 characters (lowercase letters, numbers, dashes and underscores). You can change it once every 30 days.
• One person per account.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
• To delete your account, email [email protected] (see the Privacy Policy).

Many of the EAs, indicators and tools on this site were made by other people. We share them with their authors' permission, or because they are already freely available online. We are not their author, unless a product says it is ours (for example, an FXC Original). When you download one:

• Personal use: it's for your own use. Its author's terms may also apply.
• As it is: it comes with no promise that it works, is accurate, or suits your broker or account.
• Hosting: some files are hosted by other sites, and their terms apply there.
• Test first: scan files before you open them, and test any EA or indicator on a demo account before you use real money.

Comments

• Anyone can comment. You need an account to attach files, upvote or write a review.
• Comments may be held for moderation before they appear.
• Be civil. No harassment, hate, threats or personal attacks.
• No spam or advertising. That includes signal groups, account management and other services.

Files you share

• Only share files you have the right to share. Don't upload paid or cracked software.
• Don't upload anything harmful.
• We may remove any file.

Reviews

• One review per person per post. It must be at least 40 characters.
• You can edit a review at any time. You can delete it within 7 days, as long as nobody has replied.
• Reviews of FXC Foundry products: 40 to 2,000 characters, no links. Paid products can only be reviewed by verified buyers.
• Broker reviews are checked before they appear.
• Write about your own experience. Don't post fake reviews, reviews you were paid for, or reviews of your own product or company.

Votes

• You can't upvote your own comment.

Points, ranks and badges are for fun. They have no cash value, and we may change them.

Your content stays yours. By posting it, you give us permission to host, show, format and share it on ForexCracked and in our channels, without paying you. You confirm you have the right to post it, and you are responsible for what you post.

Moderation. We may edit for formatting, hide or remove any content, and restrict or remove accounts that break these terms. We don't have to explain every decision.

• Reviews and scores. Our broker, prop-firm and product reviews are our opinion, based on our review methodology and editorial standards. Facts can change after we publish, so always check with the provider before you sign up.
• Partners and links. Some links on the site are affiliate links, and some placements are paid for by partners. If you sign up through them, we may earn money. It doesn't cost you anything extra.
• Tools and market data. Our calculators, live rates, calendar, sentiment and other data are for information. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Check important numbers with your broker before you act on them.
• Translations. Translated pages are made by machine and may contain mistakes. The English version is the one that counts.

FXC Terminal and the Journal (app.forexcracked.com) are in beta. Access is by invitation.

• Beta. They may change, have bugs, have limits, or stop. Keep your own records of anything important.
• Read only. The FXC Terminal EA only reads your account. It does not place, change or close trades.
• EA key. Keep your EA key private. Anyone with it can add accounts to your Terminal. If it leaks, replace it in the app.
• Share links. They are public to anyone who has the link.
• Can be wrong. Reports, scores and summaries in the app are produced automatically and can be wrong. Prop-firm rules shown in the app are copied from what the firm publishes, and the firm's own figures are the ones that count.

The site's articles, reviews, tools, designs, logos, and our own products belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You can quote short parts with a link back. Please don't copy whole articles or tools, or republish them as your own.

Other names and logos on the site belong to their owners. MetaTrader is a trademark of MetaQuotes. We are not affiliated with MetaQuotes or with any broker or prop firm unless we say so.

We link to brokers, prop firms, download hosts and other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products or terms. Read their terms before you sign up or pay.

Nothing on ForexCracked is financial, investment or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading forex and other leveraged products carries a high risk of losing money. Read our Risk Disclaimer.

We provide the site, its tools, data and free downloads as they are, and as available. We do our best to keep them accurate and running, but we can't promise they will always be correct, complete or online.

We are not responsible for:

• trading losses;
• decisions you make based on the site;
• problems caused by third-party files, brokers, prop firms or other sites;
• losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen.

Our total liability to you for anything that isn't covered by the Terms of Sale and Licence is limited to US$100.

If you break these terms and that causes a claim against us, you are responsible for it.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

You can stop using the site at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. If a change matters, we'll say so on the site, or email account holders before it takes effect. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
