The New York session opens with a generally positive tone carried over from Asian and European equity markets. The JP225 closed up +2.59%, while the DE40 gained +0.79% and the UK100 rose +0.46%. US equity futures are mixed, with the US30 down -0.30% while the USTEC is up +0.66% and the US500 up +0.26%.
