Triple Swap (Wednesday)

On Wednesdays, brokers charge three days of swap to cover the weekend — Wednesday rollover prices Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun.

Definition

FX settles T+2, so positions opened Wednesday settle Friday. Holding past Wednesday’s rollover means the settlement date jumps to Monday, covering Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun — three swap charges.
